Payment & Checkout Guide

At Dimvra, checkout is designed to be secure, simple, and discreet. This guide explains the payment methods available in our store, how your order information is protected, and what to do if a payment does not go through.
Currently, we support PayPal and credit/debit card payments. The specific process is as follows.

Pay with PayPal

PayPal is a leading global online payment platform and digital wallet, and Dimvra also supports this payment method. Now you can use PayPal to complete payments conveniently, easily, and securely in our online store.

Step 1: Click the "Checkout" button.

Step 2: Fill in your information and delivery address accurately and in detail.

Step 3. Click "Pay with PayPal", and you will be redirected to PayPal.

Pay with credit/debit card

Our online store supports credit/debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. When you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you will need to fill in the following information to securely complete the payment: cardholder's name, card number, card expiry date (month and year), and digital security code.

It is important to note that Dimvra does not save your credit/debit card number or personal information entered during payment. For any questions regarding your card transactions, please contact your issuing bank.

Step 1: Select "More payment options".

Step 2: Select "Credit and debit card payments" as the payment method.

Please note that to prevent credit card fraud, our system may refuse your payment at checkout. We recommend contacting your credit card company or bank beforehand to inform them of your toy purchase plan to avoid payment rejection.

If you encounter this situation, please try the following two solutions:

1. If you have a PayPal account, please try paying with PayPal.
2. Please try paying with another credit/debit card.
