Dimvra products are made from 100% platinum-cured silicone. The material is non-porous and contains no intentionally added phthalates or latex. Each product is hand-cast and individually inspected in our workshop before shipping.

Platinum-cured silicone has little to no noticeable odor. A slight scent from the sealed packaging may be present when the product is first opened. Wash the product with warm water and mild, unscented soap before first use, then allow it to dry completely.

Please review the dimensions listed on each product page, including overall size, entrance size, channel length and product weight. We recommend comparing these measurements with a product you have previously used comfortably. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you review the specifications.

Use water-based lubricant only. Do not use silicone-based lubricant, as it may affect the surface of silicone products.

Wash the product with warm water and mild, unscented soap before and after use. Rinse every channel thoroughly and allow the product to dry completely before storage.

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. Keep each piece in its own clean pouch or container to protect it from dust, color transfer and contact with other materials. Make sure the product is completely dry before storage.

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer boxes. The exterior packaging does not display the product name or reveal the nature of the contents.

We offer worldwide shipping to most supported destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Most orders arrive within approximately 10–25 business days after dispatch, although customs inspections, local holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Custom orders and color customization are not currently available.

Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, adult intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once the sealed product packaging or hygiene seal has been opened. This restriction does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item?

Please contact us at dage@dimvra.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video showing the product and packaging.

After reviewing the information, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other resolution depending on the situation.
