At Dimvra, we take immense pride in the master craftsmanship and high-purity material standards of our mythic creature sculptures and silicone art collectibles. Because our creations are high-end, intimate lifestyle art pieces poured from premium, specialized collector-grade silicone, we enforce a strict return and refund policy to ensure absolute hygiene, product integrity, and collector safety.


📅 14-Day Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a strict 14-day return policy, meaning you have exactly 14 days after receiving your artifact to request an official return. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The artifact must remain completely unopened, unused, and in its original pristine condition.
  • The original premium discrete packaging, vacuum seals, and custom laboratory product tags must be entirely intact and unbroken.
  • You must possess the official receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase from Dimvra.com.

🚨 Please note: Due to the intimate, high-purity medical-grade nature of our silicone art sculptures, once the product packaging or factory seal is opened or tampered with, the item is strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund due to global health and hygiene regulations. All opened items are considered a FINAL SALE.


📦 Return Process & Shipping Costs

To initiate an official return request, you must first contact our specialized curation team at dage@dimvra.com. If your return request is verified and accepted by our workshop, we will provide you with a designated return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping Fees: Unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the customer/collector is fully responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, and logistical costs.
  • Items sent back to our workshop without first requesting an official return via email will not be accepted or processed.

🔧 Damages, Defectives, & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your mythic artwork immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, structurally damaged during transit, or if you received an incorrect character design, contact dage@dimvra.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear, high-resolution unboxing photographs and video evidence so we can immediately evaluate the issue and arrange a complimentary replacement or workshop repair.


💰 Refund Process Timeline

Once your returned package is received at our headquarters, our quality control team will inspect the seals and product integrity. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or specialized gateway) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that banking institutions and credit card companies may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
