Materials & Safety

What materials are your products made from?

All Dimvra products are made from 100% medical-grade platinum silicone—safe and harmless to the human body, non-porous, and free of phthalates, latex, and harmful chemicals. Each product is hand-cast and inspected in our workshop.

Do the products have a smell?

It has almost no strange smell. If you smell a noticeable odor, wash it with warm water and mild soap before use.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

You can refer to the size of the toy you chose before to select your size. Each product details page includes detailed dimensions—length, diameter at the widest point, and insertion length. If you are unsure, we suggest choosing one size smaller; you can choose one size larger next time.

Care & Cleaning

What lubricants are safe to use?

Water-based lubricants only. Silicone-based lubes can degrade the surface of silicone toys over time and should be avoided.

How do I clean my Dimvra product?

How should I store my product?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep each piece in its own pouch or container to prevent dust and contact with other materials.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown boxes.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Delivery time varies depending on the destination—most areas typically take around 10-25 business days.

Customization

Can I customize my order?

Customized services are not currently accepted.

Returns & Issues

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at dage@dimvra.com, providing photos of the problem. We will resolve the issue appropriately.
