In-stock items: Standard curator verification, quality inspection, and custom secure packaging typically take 2 to 5 business days to ship.

We utilize a professional and high-quality international logistics network to ship worldwide from our industrial headquarters. Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country/region and local customs clearance speed:

Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 14 to 20 business days.

The shipping box contains no branding, product identifiers, or descriptive content. The waybill only contains neutral customs declaration information (e.g., "Silicone Desktop Sculpture" or "Desktop PVC Craft"), ensuring absolute privacy and smooth international customs clearance.

📍 Logistics Tracking & Customs Duties

Tracking Information: Once your package is safely delivered to the international courier company, the system will automatically generate a tracking number and logistics link, and send them to your registered contact email address or dage@dimvra.com.
