At Dimvra, I guarantee that all our products are made with medical-grade platinum silicone, not TPC or other inferior materials! While ensuring absolute hygiene, product integrity, and collectible value, we have a strict return and exchange policy.

📅 14-Day Return Period and Eligibility

We offer a strict 14-day return policy, meaning you have a full 14 days after receiving your artwork to request a formal return. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following strict conditions:

The artwork must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged condition.

The original premium packaging, vacuum seal, and custom lab-printed product label must be intact.

🚨 Please note: Due to the high purity, medical-grade materials used in our silicone art sculptures and their sensitive nature, once the product packaging or original seal is opened or damaged, the item will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund in accordance with global health and hygiene regulations. All opened items are for final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

📦 Return Process and Shipping Costs

For a formal return request, please contact our professional after-sales team at dage@dimvra.com. If your return request is approved by our studio, we will provide a designated return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, the customer/collector is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and logistics fees.

Items returned without a prior formal return request via email will not be accepted or processed.

🔧 Damaged, Defective, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your mythological artwork immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, structurally damaged during shipping, or the character design you received is incorrect, please contact dage@dimvra.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please provide clear, high-resolution unpacking photos and video evidence so we can immediately assess the problem and arrange a free replacement or repair.

💰 Refund Process Timeline

Once our headquarters receives your returned package, our quality control team will check the seals and product integrity. We will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or designated payment gateway) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time to credit the transaction to your account.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (cooling-off period).

Exception: Due to hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Given the intimate and hygienic nature of Dimvra's silicone art sculptures, once the original packaging seal has been broken, the product cannot be resold or reused in a hygienic manner, and therefore falls under this statutory exemption.
